Posted: 25 Jun 2019 05:34 PM PDT For Christ's sake, the game is near 6 years old and there's no way to sleep through the night? Not only would it add a sense of realism and immersion, (as there'd be fatiguing throughout the day, etc), it also means you don't have to sit dreadfully for about 20 mins in the dark with nothing to do. Posted: 25 Jun 2019 06:30 PM PDT Me and my friend were playing a P2P game and at one point while exploring not too far from base he died, for some reason his game crashed when he tried to respawn, every time he's tried to rejoin since then I get these three messages: Player has joined Player has died Player has left Any clues on what could be wrong or how to fix? Posted: 25 Jun 2019 09:06 AM PDT Just started a new RWG game and put first 5 ap into perception and lucky looter. First day - pistol 6, auger 6. Don't waste ap on other perks early, spend frist 3-4 days on looting and first horde u can run and shoot whole night with shotgun as I did on simiral game on Navezgane. [link] [comments] | ||

But I have seen mods that implement guards into the trader zones while taking away trader invincibility and it got me thinking. They would work similar to an auto turret without the need of power . Place them on certain spots of your compound . Settings like "passive , won't attack /defensive , only attack attackers/aggressive, attack anything within range "rip wow Outfit them with armor and weapons same way as a turret . Interaction menu to allow healing, set attack mode, outfit gear. [link] [comments] | ||

Its been several alpha versions since I last played seriously and I have a few building questions. Posted: 25 Jun 2019 10:36 AM PDT TLDR: My main question is would it be more cost and time effective to build a base out of rebar frames and upgrade from there or is it better to build from flagstone and then upgrade that all the way up? The end goal is either reinforced concrete or steel blocks. There are other less important questions but this is the main one. Some things on the wiki appear out of date so I don't know what to trust. Now to the meat of the post. Any and all advice is appreciated! So I haven't played seriously in awhile but I decided to pick it back up and play A17.4 and actually keep it going for awhile. I've experimented with defensive structures so I mostly understand the pathing AI but Im not 100% sure about efficient resource management when it comes to actually building your base. I have a starter crafting base made from flagstones with spikes to protect from random wandering enemies and I fought the first 7 day horde in a small killing hallway I built and lined with barbed wire to slow them down. My end goal is a crafting bunker protected by some type of horde defense structure (havent decided on my design yet) built out of steel or reinforced concrete in all of the important areas. Here are the questions I have.
