I've found the Minibike book in other worlds as well as on PC a few years back during alpha 15, but I am on day 25 and have not found it anywhere. I've gotten every other book at least 5 times. Posted: 01 May 2020 06:43 PM PDT I'm sorry if this isn't the right place to post this as I'm not very familiar with the subreddit, however I've looked online for the last hour or so and can't find anything that works. I downloaded the game for the first time in awhile steam sharing from my old account. When it loads up there is no text in the menu simply the grey forest, the title and visible boxes where the menu pieces should be. I clicked on some blindly and there is no text there either. I hav tried rebooting the game, rebooting steam, validating the game files, rebooting my computer, and reinstalling. So far it's all been the same. I am running it on a 2011 ish MacBook Pro which is very similar if not the same device I used to play it one (I can't remember whoever it was an older MacBook Pro) it has 16gb of ram. I would love any help and I'll check here often to answer questions and test things if anyone has ideas. I can provide screenshots if that would help. Edit: I used steam to join a friends game, and it worked but it was very laggy (I assume because I was unable to lower the graphics settings) and there was no text anywhere. | Need help, my friends getting 1k-500k ping Posted: 01 May 2020 02:29 PM PDT Im hosting a game and me and my friends play on it. The first blood moon we were only me and another friend and it went fine, no ping issues. The second blood moon we were all 4 of us and they were all getting anywhere from 1k-500k ping! My friends ingame clock was 03:00 while mine was 05:00! ¨ I thought this was a one time thing, but decided to test it out again so i made a day last 10 minutes and turned on blood moon every day. day 15 22:00 the exact same thing happened! it only happens when the clock turns 22:00 and its blood moon. wtf? wtf is going on? | Possible to create a mod that will apply an XP multiplier based on current life? Posted: 01 May 2020 12:16 PM PDT I've been looking around config files and a few modding sites for an idea as to how I would go about this, but I would like to apply an XP multiplier based on current life, something like 0.1% (or more) per hour, so if a characters current life was 36 hours, then they would have an XP multiplier of 3.6%... or something like that. If said character died then the multiplier would reset. I know that in a way this is the other side of the coin to the XP penalty that is currently in game, but the stat decreases associated that that are pretty unpopular with a majority of the people on our server, so we're currently not using that. However, I would still like some form of incentive to not die (other than not dropping your toolbelt or backpack, which is a whole 'nother thing) Thanks for any input/help! [link] [comments]  | ||
| Ravenhearst modlet's, NPC's and unprotected traders Posted: 01 May 2020 02:17 PM PDT I'm new to the mod and I must say, I love it so far. It adds to the realism and immersion of the game greatly. I read on the mod-page that due to the overhaul nature of the mod, it's not recommended to add modlet's for it may cause unsteadiness. There isn't much modlet vice that I'd like to ad but I was could I could involve sphereii's NPC-mods into ravenhearst? Hiring them and so on. One thing made me think about choosing Darkness falls and it was the idea of being able to build and protect the trader bases. I was wondering if there's a way to make that happen in Ravenhearst? This episode we set out to hunt for resources and we managed to gather some as well as loot some POIs on the side ;) It turned out to be a normal length video despite my predictions. I tried to include as much of the footage as possible. This gave the video a bit of a slow vibe unlike other videos. I am glad we managed to pile up the necessities before the horde shows up!
