    Started a playthrough on a random gen map (8k x 8k) and on my second zombie kill in the Burnt Lands I got a loot bag....an mf'n level 3 AK-47 with 17 ammo....before noon, on day 1.

    Janky Mouse Movement

    I can't play this game because the mouse movement is so jerky. Turning off Vsync helped a bit but it's still frustrating. I need a smooth mouse to aim and be accurate. Any suggestions?

    Any good way of getting ore easier?

    I havent played this game in a year and coming back ive had to learn new things and was wondering what is the best way mine. I use to use the barrels and blow big holes but now that doesnt work as good, anyone know a good way to mine?

    Do small (50) columns still not tell zombies through in a18?

    Just tried an old style base design, and a bunch of the zombies got in. Not sure if I just haven't broken away anough surrounding blocks and its glitching or if they are allowed through now

    [Help!] Single Player - Crashing on Horde Night loop.

    Not sure why this is happening. Wanted to try out a no base game, I dug a hallway into a mountain for night 7 across from the trader. Killed two waves of zombies already. Now it keep crashing on load.

    Typically game plays on Ultra without issue(Except when frames drop from problematic water).

    Loaded on "Lowest" as an attempt to fix the issue, ran a few seconds longer than on Ultra/High/Medium.

    As of A 18.4 do brass door knobs still drop from doors?

    Watched a video saying that doors drop knobs if you break them down but I tried to get some and no luck, the video isn't old but I'm not sure which version of the game it was recorded in.

    On another note, is it better to spend dukes to buy ammo from traders or smelt the dukes into brass to craft ammo casing?

    UI Options?

    Fairly basic question. On my brothers server the UI / HUD is very different from games I've started myself and I wanted to narrow down the setting in order to spend more time playing solo (I would play more solo games if the UI was more like my brothers).

    Extreme Brightness Issue

    Hi all, newer to all this but was hoping for some quick assistance. I seem to have an issue where, usually after I play for an hour or so, my game brightness just gets so high the game is unplayable.

    It will sometime regulate itself back to normal if I am inside a sheltered area, but the second the sun touches me I am blinded.

    The linked photo is of my game with the default gamma on. Not sure if anyone else has encountered this problem and possibly found a workaround for it

    So you can see that the game is still bright, but not nearly as bad.

    Efficient way of gathering lots of wood?

    With an auger you can pretty efficiently stripmine any material except brass, but wood is always a hassle. I've always just motored around with my vehicle and a chainsaw cutting down random trees.

    Is there a better way? Should I just plant the seeds in a row? Does it matter what type of seed, or what biome?

    Idea to help the late game: Leveled enemies and gear

    Currently, the late game can get stale. Eventually you will get high tier weapons and armour, and there isn't really a reason to switch it. If you have tier 6 gear, there is little reason to replace it. This can mean looting becomes less rewarding.

    However, if we have enemies and gear's stats based on your level, there always will be incentive to get better gear, because eventually it will be too weak, and even a lower tier weapon could be worth using. Gear of the same type and tier would have similar stats if they are the same level. This would also keep the challenge even if you have great gear, because the enemies get stronger.

    An example of this kind of system in another game is Borderlands. There is always incentive to get more gear, because it will eventually become under leveled.

    Hi guys, this is my first time using reddit but i have found myself here trying to search for an answer to this bug. We are running a 7 days dedicated server and have encountered a bug that seems to occur on bloodmoon where players seem to spawn at other players bedrolls.

    I cannot find any info on what could be causing this bug but would massively appreciate any clues or ideas where to look or any solutions. Thank you. :)

    Starting playing 7dtd after a long hiatus. I know they replaced the wellness system (so sad imo) with the new progress system. But I was curious if goldenrod tea still increases max hp like it use to. The item info on goldenrod tea dosen't mention a wellness increase anymore. I drank a bunch (like 20+, I'm only on day 5) and haven't noticed an increase.
