Is it just me or is the melee range for both the player and enemies inconsistent? Posted: 22 Jun 2020 12:50 PM PDT Hello all! So I started playing A18 and I have noticed that I have a lot of trouble reliably using melee weapons in this game. Is anyone else experiencing these issues? I'm on a single player game, so no latency from servers or similar issues. I just feel like sometimes I can hit enemies from a distance, and sometimes I can't even hit enemies when I'm up close and targeted at their chest (it either doesn't register the hit, or it hits the block behind them). Sometimes the opposite happens too, where enemies will mostly have a predicable decent range on their attacks, but there's a few cases where their attacks hit me even when I'm two or three blocks away, well outside of the range of their arms. I've noticed that with bears as well, sometimes they can't hit me up close, but then they'll hit me from farther away than ever before. I don't understand. Is anyone else having these problems? I feel like no matter how careful I am with melee, I will get hit regardless. Are you just supposed to make a build that lets you tank hits, or is melee just not worth anymore because it is so unsafe? submitted by /u/BloodbirdX [link] [comments]

Aggravating md7 error reset bases Posted: 22 Jun 2020 08:33 PM PDT We had two separate md5 errors reset our whole bases on two separate games in less than 24 hours of each other. I even quit the game, delete the save, resycnd to the cloud and loaded back in. Still gone... so mad. 1 minute in game equals 1 minute in real life Posted: 22 Jun 2020 10:13 AM PDT So me and a couple of friends were thinking it would be cool to make 1 minute in game equal 1 minute in real life, pretty much syncing the real life time to BE in game time. Lots of them are newer players, so this would be a decent difficulty level to introduce them to the game. If this were possible, we could all get together every week and fight the horde together on a scheduled time. I know little to nothing about modded 7days / custom coding, but I realize that time would not pass if nobody was on the server and I'm not sure if you can stretch the days to be that long to begin with. Imagine if they give you the opportunity to get a Pet/a dog(S) like in minecraft to stay with you/fight with you!? Darkness Falls Spawning Issue? Posted: 22 Jun 2020 05:26 PM PDT We started a group run of Darkness Falls on a pingperfect server and the mod is amazing, however in our instance it has one huge issue. When entering a place of interest there are no zombies, then all of a sudden they all seem to spawn at once at approximately 30 seconds in to the building. It is absolutely infuriating being swarmed by 12 zombies after not having any around and destroys the sneak perks we have. Has anyone had this issue? Could it be a settings issue?
