We're all adults, and we all have things going on in our real lives. Games are where we come to cut loose, have fun, and forget about the worries of the world for a while. We strive for good games, good memories, and good times. **We do not use a 7 day blood moon cycle, instead we have the game customized to grow increasingly harder as you progress through xp gains, and have included a variety of increasingly difficult unique zombies (mini bosses included- with special loot tables!) to encounter in your travels. This set up allows for comfortable RPG style game play, and focuses on a huge center city with a variety of biomes surrounded by easier starting areas. | Any mods that change the sounds of dogs? Posted: 20 Dec 2020 06:44 PM PST One of our dogs is hyper-sensitive and needs (or just wants) to be comforted every time we murder a wolf, coyote, or dog. Sometimes we're quick enough to mute it but sometimes not. It's aggravating but I don't want to remove them entirely from the game. I'd happily take an alternative if anyone knows of one! | New-ish here, question about bed rolls Posted: 20 Dec 2020 08:23 PM PST Hi y'all! Started playing earlier this month with one of my friends, we're around level 26-28. We currently have a great base going on the far west side of the map by the lakes but were quite interested going east for a little while. We don't exactly want zombies to raid our base while were gone, and set up a new bedroll. How exactly does it work? Will making a new bedroll and placing it somewhere else cause zombies to swarm our "regular" base?? [link] [comments]  | ||

Now we moved based and suddenly everynight we are getting endless hoardes with cops and whites and they dont stop until day break. We are both low level still, no fires or heat of any kind either. | Posted: 20 Dec 2020 06:41 PM PST I recently started a new game on a private server we are on day seven with about 10 hours left to go before the first blood moon and zombies have started to spawn inside the base past all our defences. They will spawn in even when we are in the base. We have a land claim block down along with beds spread out around the base (1 per player) yet we are still getting zombies spawn in, the last one to spawn in was a cop. he spawned in within 10 blocks of the land claim literally outside of the building the land claim block is inside. Is this happening to anyone else or have we missed something with the latest patch that has changed how zombies spawn in. We are currently waiting before we push for first horde night as we have spent a lot of time building up a base Server settingsRandom gen map 6k No mods installed. Default difficulty60 min days (18 hours of day light) Pve max animals 50 Zombie speed (walk (DT) jog (NT) Jog (Feral) Run (BM) difficulty normal damage is set to default on everything XP 200% loot 200% Land claim size 71 (30 dead zone) Land claim count 1 Bed roll dead zone 30 [link] [comments]  | ||
| Was gas harder to get in earlier alphas? Posted: 20 Dec 2020 06:05 PM PST This is beyond unimportant but I'm curious. I started playing around a15 (I think) but took a long break after a18. Just came back and wow oil shale is super easy to get and crafting yields are insane. I've no problem with it but I couldve sworn it used be much more difficult to craft gas. | Posted: 20 Dec 2020 01:08 AM PST I am trying to build a bridge over a large and deep body of water. It's not a necessity and thus far has proven itself not time effective. Having to dive deep to place a pillar to hold the structure up is time consuming and also almost not possible at the deepest point without a swimming perk. Zombies will be in POIs when you explore, but there are no wandering zombies or animals in the world. I had this happen once and it was solved with a server restart but no luck this time.
