• Haven't played in a while. Started a new game and it's constantly freezing on me. I can still hear UI interactions (open inventory, noise from mouse over, etc) , but the screen is frozen completely.

Coming back to 7DTD after a long break. Did they change Gravestown? Posted: 06 Feb 2021 04:21 AM PST I am sure I had a base in Gravestown, in what I think was the Town hall or a court house type building. It had columns outside and jail cells on the second floor. I loved it as it was super defensible. There was a motel with a pool across the road and a few bars around it. Coming back I find Gravestown has far fewer buildings than I remember and no town hall/courthouse. There is one in Perishton but I was definitely not in the snow last time. 3rd Person and FOV Posted: 06 Feb 2021 03:58 PM PST Is there a way to change the fov past 85 in third person view? I got a friend that prefers the camera more zoomed out, otherwise it triggers motion sickness. I'm also having a problem where when the character moves certain directions in third person, there is a blurry/janky effect on the character? That is also bad for his motion sickness. Help With Server Connection Posted: 06 Feb 2021 03:22 PM PST I'm new to playing this on pc and I wanted to set up a server with my friend. I set up one using the options within the main menu, not a dedicated server or buying a host. The first time we play it goes great and he can connect no issue but once we both log off and continue later he keeps getting timed out connection issues trying to join and I constantly get disconnected from my internet. This only happens on my computer, my phone still has internet access and once I close the game the internet comes back immediately. Glitching/Teleporting Minibike & Belt Item Loss (Bug, still in-game after more than 2 years) Posted: 06 Feb 2021 01:23 PM PST My problem is the exact same as described here (an archived post from 2 years ago): https://www.reddit.com/r/7daystodie/comments/abjv7s/riding_minibike_bug_alpha_17/ ​ My Minibike started randomly teleporting around while riding, sometimes leaving me stuck ON it with no way to get off unless I exit and restart, and when I log in it's duplicated my bike... and completely removed my entire toolbelt of items. I'd rather not restart, but it's a hassle having to keep going into create my belt items ans their mods again, especially when for some reason having to re-search the creative items to find the right level of items (because sometimes it shows level 1 - 6 items, and won't let you change them unless you re-search for them, or just remove a letter or two... which then changes the item level. WUT!?). And I don't really want to be like "well I'll just create them all at max level", as that's not the point of the game. =/ Since it first happened at about day 15 or so, it's happened at least twice every day since to day 20. Mod Suggestion Posted: 06 Feb 2021 01:14 PM PST I am definitely not the man for this, but I was wondering if a revive mod like in a shooter would be fun for online multiplayer. I am currently playing with a friend and we thought it would be cool if we'd have a skill tree like medic were we could revive the other for a few seconds after he died with a Adrenalin shot of some kind... just like a shooter, so one could sort of get the healer role in a bigger gang. Rules: Friendly fire is on but if you repeatedly kill a party member on purpose, action will be taken. Base raiding is currently off limits. Do not camp bases! NO DROP MINING! It lags the server.
