    Are you tired of surviving alone? Ever wish you had a friend help you through horde nights? Have you ever been so lonely you spawned and placed a zombie corpse in your base to keep you company(You know who you are!)?

    If so, you've come to the right place. By posting here you can find friends to play and survive with! Remember, you don't need to be faster than the zombies just faster than your friends ;)

    “Animal Tracker” perk simply does not work

    There's no icon, no tracks, no indication at all as to an animal's location. All that currently works is that you'll get green pawprints on your HUD above your health bar for 20 seconds (except it doesn't even tick down) when you're crouched within range of an animal. But the perk still does nothing to show you where the animal is

    PSA: Apparently there’s a bug (or feature?) that allows enemy players to lockpick your doors and containers, even when land claimed.

    It's becoming a problem on the pvp server i play on, and folks are losing entire base's worth of loot while offline (when land claim is invulnerable on this server).

    I reproduced it with a friend a couple times but it didn't work every time, so i'm not sure exactly what causes it, but just be wary of it. If you're at the stage in the game where you can install powered doors/hatches, i would do that. At least one, as those cannot be lockpicked at all.

    Also, it appeared that only the "drawer" storage container was immune to this vulnerability.

    3080ti poor performance

    Hey all, I've got a 3080ti and a 3700x (Upgraded from a 5700xt)

    I used to get 144fps on a mix of Ultra and high, now I'm getting a solid 55fps in the woods.

    Is there anything I can do?

    How effective (defensely) are robot turrets?

    I have lots of robot turrets for basic defense, but I have noticed that whereas they have great range, they really don't do much in the way of slowing down hordes, and even some of the screamers have been attacking my wall with a robot turret right next to her and it was not firing on her, I did check it and it did have ammo, so WTF? I also have a mix of shotgun and SMG turrets and their range is shorter, but they seem to have more stopping power. Is that a correct assessment?

    White minibike icon on compass where minibike once was...

    Game crashed, came back and bike was gone. Dug down, no bike. Godmode, no clip, fly up, fly down, no bike. list entity, no bike. Icon is still there on the minimap though... Would it be possible to edit the save file to get the bike back?

    I had a few hours of loot on it, and some of my top gear. Not really sure where to go from here.

    Linux.

    Update: lost minibike randomly hopped up under my ass while I was chopping trees the next day. Uh.

    Mod suggestions for POI exploration and crafting

    I would appreciate suggestions of mods for additional POIs, more interesting map generation, and more intricate crafting.

    I am a relatively new player who started playing during A19, but I am currently on my third world (have played Navezgane, pregen03, and one random gen). I have only played vanilla so far but am looking to start a new playthrough with mods. In particular, I enjoy exploration of new POIs, looting, and crafting.

    I do not particularly like extremely high difficulty, or base destruction due to explosive zombies. I have edited the game files to significantly reduce the explosive damage of demolishers in all games I've played so far. So any recommendations on how to edit any problematic parts of mods would be great.

    Quick question. if you are making a mine and it's gone pretty deep/far will the zombies dig down or go through the way you went?

    Side question. if you have zombies breaking the ground to get to you how long does that take. Side side question, how do you make a "mine" because I just imagined it to be a hole in the ground.

    Question about server sharing

    So I have a group of friends I play with regularly and one of us lost interest in 7 days to die. He was the main admin and host of the server we'd play on. Is it possible for him to send the save file to one of us so that someone more consistent can host? Will there be issues/problems regarding admin rights? Can the save get corrupted?

    My 7 day to die game is stuttering because i have only of 8 gb ram i think. Even if i have 1 gb of ram not used,it still stutter! My Laptop specs are: Gtx 1650,i5 9300H,1 tb Hard Drive,1 tb SSD (game is downloaded on SSD),8 gb ram. Can someone Help me with that?

    Mod suggestions

    So I played on a modded server and they had one that I've been trying to find and wondered if the community could help. The mod essentially made it so books don't disappear after you read them. If anyone knows what it is or any other recommendations for small vanilla/quality of life mods would be much appreciated
