    Dog rework:

    Getting killed by dogs early game especially is such a pain. You can't outrun them, kill them or even see them in grass which is very frustrating.

    The game should handle dogs like most other zombies. The dog we deal with now should be a mid-late game stage version. A scrawnier smaller dog should be there for earlier game stages. This weaker dog should be a little slower and deal much less damage. It's role would be to slow the player down with stuns so that other zombies can catch up. The dog right now can just absorb rifle shots to the head, so why not make it so that the dog can be knocked down regardless of what gamestage it is. What are your guy's thoughts on a change like this?

    My wife and I have just discovered this brilliant game and have been split-screen co-op playing. It is good fun and appeals to both our play style and game style interests. Are there any tips you guys can share with us to get beyond the barely surviving stage and into the able to go out exploring and not worry about starvation stage.

    Two questions I have regarding POI locations in Singleplayer that I'm hoping the community can answer.

    What the title says. I have a couple of questions regarding POIs in Singleplayer, specifically Navezgane, although it's probably applicable to Random Gen SP worlds as well.

    1. First, I'm wondering if it's possible to import a custom POI into an existing singleplayer game/world. I.e. take a prefab and paste it into the map. I've managed to work out how to 'export' an area of a map using a select tool available via the debug menu, but that's all.

    2. Second, is there a way or a command that lets you 'reset' a POI after you've gone through and cleared out/looted it? Similar to how accepting a quest can reset a POI to its base state? I'm asking because it would be nice to be able to reset some of the big dungeon-style locations for another go, so to speak.

    That's all I got. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

    Hey, I've been sitting here all day trying to find a seed with a decent number of tall buldings(the office building types) in alpha 17 if you have one with a bunch I would be super appreciative to get a hold of it.

    Can we generate worlds larger than 8192 yet?

    [Modding] Magazine / Clip size change for one specific gun using xml mod config override

    Hello!

    I'm trying to change the magazine size of the marksman's rifle from the default 5 to a value of 20. I'm using the following code in my mod's items.xml file

    My filepath: \Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Mods\BuffsAndStacks\Config\items.xml

    My code:

    <set xpath="/items/item[@name='gunMR10']/effect_group[@name='Base Effects']/passive_effect[@name='MagazineSize']@value">20</set> 

    However it won't make the change in game. I have other things in that file that are taking effect but not that line.

    Please help!

    Ladders and zombies jumping

    Since zombies can jump much better now (PC update) are they able to hop up on ladders when the bottom ladder is missing? Did that change? Just wondering how they got on top of my roof.
