- Friend hosts server and does not have lag, I do. On a dedicated server we both lag like hell. Any tips?

| Posted: 11 Mar 2019 02:41 PM PDT So my friends and I have been playing. And i remember you used to find deposits above ground but I haven't seen them. Instead I've tried digging down when i find the sandy dirt. Now I've checked maybe 4 of these and each time its nothing but iron. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Or is it rarer to find a vein of lead or coal now? [link] [comments]  | ||

| Posted: 11 Mar 2019 03:38 PM PDT Hey all, So i've been playing this game with a friend of mine and from the start I always experienced lag. My pc is more than able to run the game but it still lags. Not too bad but annoying none the less. My friend however has a smooth running game, I join his game. To solve the problem of not being able to play when his pc is not on I setup a dedicated server(also specs are fine). But now we both lag. The server has no trouble running the server as cpu and ram stay under 100. So any tips on a fix? I tried disabling EAC but that is not working. it seems like singleplayer works fine but multiplayer lags [link] [comments]  | ||
