I wanted a thematic tower base that could shield me from vultures while allowing me to shoot and use Molotov's from above. I have used bars in the past to accomplish this, but hate the way they make my base look. I think I found a solution I really like.

Steam Auth Failed error crashing game

I posted this previously but now have a better understanding of the issue. After playing the game for months without issue my girlfriend died and entered an endless loop of joining the server, dying instantly and crashing the game. This happened when she joined other public servers as well. To get it working again we deleted her ttp file and uninstalled steam and the game completely.

Mine has suddenly started doing the same thing and displaying this error:

I'm done with consol 7dtd

Me and my friend play split screen 7dtd on my Xbox every once I a while. We started a new game and soon enough we were on day 63, both very high levels, read all blueprints, almost all steel base. Things were looking pretty good, came back one day, and our base was just fucking gone. This has happened before, and we were just dumbfounded that this game after how long still has this bug. We dug down a bit and found all of our loot. Good, let's just go build another base. Picked a new location, moved some shit, he went to go get loot while I built our new base. Game crashed, nothing unusual. Both the boxes we were storing our stuff in? FUCKING GONE. All our aks, med kits, materials, augers, tools, just vanished. I think after more than 500 hours in this game I'm just done with all of its broken shit.

Game is softlocked in my 4x4

So previously I had posted here about my 4x4 disappearing, and used cheats to summon a new one. After driving it for no more than 2 minutes towards the trader, the game froze for a few seconds and then teleported my character into a mountain. I pressed esc and reloaded my save, and now my game is softlocked. I'm apparently in my 4x4 still, but unable to do anything except open my menu with tab. I can't even press esc. It should be noted that when my game crashed previously and my 4x4 was lost, it was also at the trader. So I guess just avoid driving your 4x4 around the trader unless you want your save fucked. Honestly I'm sick to death of these devs, fix your game ffs

Do sleepers count as stunned for pummel Pete?

All my power attacks with clubs with pummel pete (lvl 2) one-shot sleepers, which prompts the question in the title. Or am I just getting lucky that I am dealing enough damage from a sneak attack?

7th Day difficulty increased?

I haven't played in a long time. Have they added any bosses to the 7th day? It would be awesome if they escalated the difficulty in some way. We are very efficient base builders and quickly built a nearly impenetrable base with traps and such, so stopped playing after just a few weeks. Basically, it always felt like we could "beat" the game too quickly.

So I'm going to be honest, I don't have much experience on 7 Days Alpha 18 and will most likely be a small notch above a complete noob. Most of my friends who I played 17 with have stopped playing or gotten busy with their lives. So I'm looking for some people to play with who can be on to play most days during the week. I do have a microphone and a stable wifi connection (North America). If some people in the comments feel like it, we can do a group of a couple of people or just 2-3. If anyone needs any extra details just let me know.

Whats the best melee weapon

Seeds won’t plant in farm plots?

So I've gotten around to building up a farm and placed some farm plots. I've dug out a nice flat area for the garden and I'd say 75% of the time I can plant a seed just fine. But I have several farm plots where even though the seed shows the green outline that tells me I can place it, once I put it down, poof. The seed just falls on the ground/sometimes disappears altogether. At first I thought there might be a mechanic update like you may not successfully plant every time but I realized that it's these specific spots:/ Even if I pick up the farm plot and replace it, I can't plant on it. Has anyone else experienced this?

F*king wiring, how does it work?

New to the game's wiring system, what do I have to do to set up multiple cameras to each trigger one (shared) speaker when they detect a zombie? Like I know how to do it with one camera, I just cant figure out how to connect cameras #2+ to the circuit without disconnecting the previous one. What am I missing?
