- Deleted other post and made a few changes with my horde base. Honestly kind of think it might be a bit over kill lol

| Posted: 23 Jul 2020 02:14 PM PDT I got in a hurry and dropped a chest outside my fetch quest (after the first loot pass) without making sure it was completely outside the property. Yup, it's gone. I always suspected that could happen, but that was the first time it actually did. I knew I should have put it across the street. Go me for NOT leaving my marksman rifle, in there! (I debated it). | Posted: 23 Jul 2020 07:21 PM PDT So me and my friend were on day 42 blood moon and unexpectedly came first demolishers. They did a lot of damage to our base. The next week we were upgrading our base full-time. Added some walls to tighten the spread of zombies, built more blade traps and electric fences, smg turrets facing towards us, so they can shoot demos in the back and of course more iron spikes. And it worked... kinda. We still were forced to shoot them and taking the risk of detonating them, but M4s did the job well. Is it possible to build a base with passive demo killing that's not too expensive? (meaning, like, 100 blade traps with 20 generators filled with engines) Also, how do you deal with police officers? They always damage the core of our base and it's just annoying to check every block and eventually repairing it. [link] [comments]  | ||

I'm reinforcing blocks and walls as I go.. hoping to expand and go from 5x5 above ground to 9x9 below.. things are going slowly but smoothly. Day 47: The whole tower has collapsed and I'm left with nothing but rubble. I did not backup my save. I hope the world swallows me up as it did my tower. [link] [comments]  | ||

| Trying to get into the game but can’t quite understand wth is going on Posted: 23 Jul 2020 06:41 PM PDT Like the title says. I know sometimes you can't get into the game but then it turns out to be awesome. That happened to me with Skyrim, I literally forced myself to place for like a week because I heard so much rave. Now I love it. Same for 7DTD I heard a lot of great things, and so far I've been loving The Forest, so I bought 7DTD, on PS4, and it's been super confusing. Is this not meant to be on PS4? The controls are.. awful lol I also got super lost with what to do. I followed the "tutorial" and then went to the "store" and I thought I could stay there but then it kicked me out... and I was lost in the middle of no where. I guess maybe it's the graphics that's throwing me off too. But I still believe it's a great game, so help me get into it! What should I do? Watch some video? Read a guide? | Posted: 23 Jul 2020 02:54 PM PDT I've played for 10 in game days and all I've found are blunderbusses with ammo and high tier scrap armour NO GUNS except a military base with 1 rifle ( tier 2 ) I've had to buy all my guns because it's like the loot is all the same, only so many times finding the same tier 6 items are fun [link] [comments]  | ||

| Posted: 23 Jul 2020 11:42 AM PDT So, I did a fresh game in A19. I've made a new rwg map. I get xp from knife attacks if I kill them with stab, big hits or die in front of me a few feet away. But I noticed that if I bleed a zombie then close a door to block them when they die behind the door no xp is given. This seems to mosly happen with the cheerleader zombies. [link] [comments]  | ||

I wish there was a way to support the devs further. They got my money long ago, but I wanna give more to help them build up their development of this. I bought 2 extra copies for my sons and got my friend to buy 2 copies, but I'd be all for a fishing DLC, a map pack, or an enhanced cooking dlc. [link] [comments]  | ||

| How to make hordes harder/bigger on PS4 Posted: 23 Jul 2020 06:29 PM PDT I'm on day 49 with my friend and we havent encountered a blood moon horde bigger than like 8 or 9 zombies at a time, we have only seen 1 monkey/spider and nothing else. It's so easy that we can literally stand on a rock and not die while using nothing but fists. This is even when on hardest difficulty and everything. We do sacrifice ourselves a lot while just exploring, and dont drink or eat as much as we should, is this affecting how many spawn? we also dont have our base in a city, we have it at a hotel with only a gas station nearby.
