Unless I'm missing something, the only reason to go there is for a challenge or if a trader sends you there. You can mine the same minerals in the forest biome. You stuff you loot is the same gamestage. Its like Fangorn Forest. What madness drove them in there? [link] [comments]  | ||

I've placed a rain catcher in a hole two blocks deep to prevent the water from spreading, and I've tried placing seeds both in a farm plot and in dirt that I used a hoe on within 4 blocks of the water block and they don't grow. For example, distance traveled, items crafted, animal kills etc etc. I know you can see distance traveled on your personal stats page, but want it on a leaderboard if possible. | Posted: 31 Jan 2021 12:12 PM PST So all the terrain looks like dirt. Roads, snow, grass. Strangest thing cause it has never done this before. I verified files, no mods. I've moved texture settings up and down (typically run a more middle of the road for some extra frames during horde ect) nothing seems to fix it. Each biome looks like dirt but you can clearly see snowy trees, sounds like snow or road when walking over it. 19.3 and 19.4 latest. Just came back to game from last run on 18.4 I believe and all was fine then. Anyone got any ideas or heard about this? Thx. Edit: ok did re install and nothing changed:( Playing around a bit tho and I noticed all the land at pois is fine, I can see asphalt where its supposed to be.... just the rest of the world is one bland color. These are stranded soldiers and scientists trying to find a way home Diplomatic faction. They rely on honor and trust. The Survivors ( aka Savages) Americans who have lost everything and survived until now. They do anything to survive and taking what they want. NAR (New American Republic) A well organized network of survivors. Trying to recruit as many survivors as possible for there cause. I bought this game back in 2015 and haven't gotten around playing until I picked it up again this week, and the game is fun and all but the GUI is so darn ugly. The grey colours, the black borders, clunky UX, it just feels off. It seriously feels like it was made in msPaint and looks exactly like it did back in 2015, very "temporary" and dated looking. A GUI rework would give this game the bump it deserves. The same goes for the game "Ark", some devs just don't seem to have the "eye" for it. What do you guys think? Also, please respect my opinion. One of the mods did a weight based inventory rather than slot based and it made me realize how much better it is. Is there any modelets that keep the vanilla game but change your inventory system in this way? [link] [comments]  |
