Maybe the game actually takes place on another planet? You crash landed and suffer from amnesia or something. IDK. You also don't need to sleep and you need like 30K calories per day. Maybe thats a symptom that survivors suffer from, instead of becoming undead. Maybe Traitor Joels should be open 24/7 since nobody ever sleeps! [link] [comments]  | ||

Posted: 16 May 2021 06:20 PM PDT So the maximum field of view has my eyeballs feeling like they are being pulled on within 10 minutes of playing with no way to increase it. Most posts about the fov I've found are at least 1 year old so I'm curious if theres been any new ways to increase fov. | What level to play Darkness Falls on for first play Posted: 16 May 2021 07:26 AM PDT Me and my wife are gonna play this mod for the first time and want to know what difficulty level to play on. I can quite happily do survivalist and have very few if any deaths. been playing 7 days for a long time on and off just no mods my wife has played the game less but has still done a number of playthroughs. generally she focuses on building/farming/making stuff while I go looting. we would like her to be able to join the looting so to give her a handicap we will use the cheat mode to give her the dev armour and 1 good weapon which is above her current level normally. along with the mods like Blessed Metal for better damage output and eventually she will need to be givien the Devs insta kill pistol if shes gets to end game stage. hopefully this will put her on par with me for zombie killing and survival. We are considering doing normal/default difficulty. any other suggestions [link] [comments]  | ||

| Posted: 16 May 2021 10:00 AM PDT I was playing Darkness falls and my game froze. Went to restart and decided to move it to my m.2 drive to load faster. Understandably I figured my world wouldn't work...but I move it over and it says it needs an update. so I do that and open the game. Crash. Figured maybe something broke when moving so uninstalled and reinstalled. Put the mod back in and opened up. Went to create a new world and while it's loading in the game crashes again. Any idea? | Posted: 16 May 2021 08:29 AM PDT I host a server for me and 3 friends. We were trying out Snufkins Zombies and got a massive amount of Errors. (Which I discovered was from the Geists Lightning attack) So I had to pause our horde night and go modify the file to not have Geists in it anymore. One of my players didn't listen when I said I was rebooting in 1 minute though (everyone else sat up top of defense just shooting zombies but did nothing in the last 5 seconds of countdown) He was in a Container when the server was exitted. And now says he can't access containers or pick up things. He's relogged multiple times but claims the 'data for his save ' on my end is now corrupt. Is this actually a thing, and is it fixable?
