| Posted: 08 May 2021 08:17 PM PDT They're selling an Alpha product for $30 and even have physical copies you can buy, it's fucking greedy and a bullshit thing to do especially when the console version hasn't been updated in who knows how long. On the console version of the game you can't even have multiple electric lights going or else your game would crash and you used to not be able to even wear clothes because they would always cause overheating even in the cold climates. What's the point of creating a base I really like if the zombies are just going to tear through the solid concrete walls with their bare hands instead of attacking the doors? I get that the game shouldn't be too easy by making a concrete base that the enemy can't break through but it's so annoying when I build into a premade structure and the things that get broken are things I cant replace, like cool this fence is now fucked and the only solution to that gaping hole is to slap a fucking wood cube in it. Don't get me wrong I love this game with friends, have it both on PC and on Console, and have been playing since 2017 but seriously none of the issues this game has are acceptable when they have ~20 devs that have been working on the same project for 7 years. A good comparison would be No Mans Sky which was announced in 2014 and after a 6 person dev team had been developing it for 3 years had so much more to show than what a 20 person team has after 7 years. Also, there doesn't seem to be any Grandpa's Ferget'n Elixer... so I can't clear my skills and respec things a bit for endgame. There are a few skills I'd just like to dump so I can max out some other skills - but can't find any way to do this :/ [link] [comments]  | ||
