Trader quests

I've been playing this game for thousands of hours and I've never noticed that the trader's quests regenerate if you quit and log back into the game (single player, local). Is this new or am I simply blind?

Get around Debug menu sliders? (PC)

Hey, I can't stand the sliders in the debug menu - it's so hard to set something exactly where you want it! Are there any good mods that change these from being sliders?

For the time being, I can't find any console commands for the "speed" slider - anyone know how I can set it to an exact number without trying to slide to the right place for like an hour? I'd also like to know how to set the day, beyond the short window that the slider allows for.
